If I had my own country I wouldn’t wage war on the USA. I would pretend to be their friends and then conquer them AFTER their corrupt politicians cause a second Great Depression. And I would rebuild the country based on it’s own damn Constitution.
It depends. If they beat you they’d probably start a puppet government, get the UN involved and other countries to help rebuild on a new “democratic” country.
That’s what we usually do so yeah…new buildings!
