What is this rational behaviorism? What if someone formed habits that always put their life at risk? There are people that fight for sustaining a political and capitalist agenda, fighting for peace, and harmony among nations. Do their habits include ends that are risky? Would you say that there are even more risky habits that one might form? Even harmful habits? Addiction can be thought of as a harmful habit, if it stops you from taking on the responsibilities necessary to achieve well-being. How is that habit starts? With a reward? Can we start habits by set up new rewards for ourselves, thus creating the possibility of achieving the same ends/rewards habitually? How to know what rewards you should have for yourself? What of need-fulfillment, its not really a reward, but how do your regulate your own habitual self around fulfilling your needs?
