I WANTED TO KNOW HOW THE LOAN WORKS. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENTS BASED ON. AND DO THE PAYMENTS CHANGE IF YOU INCOME CHANGES?

I made the mistake of attending two “PRIVATE” schools (college and a university). I’ve just graduated with my Bachelor’s in Accounting and I’m $63,000 in the hole thus far! In addition to my loans, I’ve been charged late fees and “collection fees” although I’ve just graduated only 6 months ago. Forgive me but I feel like I’ve been raped in the azz with no lube! If I could do it all over again, I would’ve gone to a public college/university, earned the same degree at a third of the cost. But I didn’t have any guidance or direction in my life considering I was the first in my family to attend college or even finish high school therefore I didn’t have parents or siblings to say “Do it this way…”, etc. I’m considering starting my Master’s this fall to obtain my CPA (yes, more loans but I might as well pull the plug in hopes to earn a good living). Although I’m thankful and blessed to be a college grad, I’m questioning was it worth it? Is there anyone else out there with unbelievable student loan debt?

Do all these injury lawyers lack morals? They actively tout for business and get people to claim for minor (non existent) “whip lash” injury’s. It makes a mockery of the people who end up seriously disabled and desperately need compensation.
The pay day loans company’s are everywhere! Like the herpes virus! Every where you go, there they are… offering you “easy” money. Which you then have to pay back at extortionate interest rates. They are in effect ripping people off and making huge profits out of the poor. Is that right and moral?

It’s all based on your credit, I don’t know if it would be an auto loan persay, but you could just get a general loan

I have a very late bill on my account which makes my credit look terrible. It is getting taken care of this month and the woman with the debt collecting services said it will be wiped off my record within 30 days of paying it off. Is this true?
Also.. I’ve applied to two student loans today and was denied both, even with a cosigner. Does this affect my credit score or my co signers?
